At skb-family.com, we are invested in customer satisfaction. We hope to provide an enjoyable shopping experience for you, and deliver products that live up to, or even exceed, your expectations. We only sell brand new items, which are in excellent condition when we ship them. Should anything go wrong during transport, however, or the product not be to your liking after all for whatever reason, you can return it during 30 days.
We strongly suggest you check the contents of the package directly after receipt. If the item is damaged or incomplete, let us know by contacting our customer service team, firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there are no quality issues with the item, but you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you may also return it. This also applies to clearance and sale articles.
We have the following requirements for a return:
1. The item is complete
2. The item is in its original packaging and state
Please contact our customer service within 30 days to inform us of your wish to return (a part of) your order. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of having received the returned item.
If you want to request a return, please contact us by email through email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request we will provide you with the returns procedure.
We will send you the return labels and all you will need to do is take the product to a UPS drop-off point. Please do not send any items back to us of your own accord, as our returns procedure is free of charge, and allows us to keep track of the shipment through our courier’s systems.
